FINAL Post Prom PLEA for help!

There will be a final drop off night Monday for post prom prize donations, May 16th in the BHS teachers lounge form 7:00-8:00 pm

Food donations can be brought to school on Friday after 4:00 PM to the cafeteria.

We are in rough shape, I am sorry I can't sugar coat it. Down 50% of what we normally raise. Down volunteers. This event has kept BHS students safe for over 25 years, as a community we need to keep it that way. Keep every student attending prom, safe with their peers in a drug and alcohol free environment.

Gatorade - 8 cases

Arizona Iced Tea (bottles or Cans) - 5 cases

Cupcakes - 2 dozen

Brownies - 4 dozen home made or individually bagged

Cookies - 4 dozen home made or individually bagged

Bagels - 2 dozen

Cream Cheese tubs - 38 oz tubs

Margarine/Butter tubs - 2

15 oz tubs
