Joseph Piatnik, 78, of Bethel Passed Away

Joseph Piatnik, 78, of Bethel, CT and lifelong resident of Harding, PA passed away on July 17, 2015 peacefully in his sleep.

Joseph is survived by his wife Gloria of 56 years, daughter Donna Lynn Bohn of MD, son J. Todd Piatnik and his wife Sandy of Bethel, CT., five grandchildren, Cassandra, Shane, Nicholas, Joey and Jared, sisters Marcella Piatnik Whalen of MD, Evelyn and Wayne Siegel, of MD, and Marian Piatnik Pizano, of PA, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Ed and Mary (Ondek) Piatnik, his brother Ed (Skip) and his sister Elsa.

Private services will be held in PA with dates pending. All services will be handled by Peter J. Adonizio in Pittston, PA along with Green Funeral Home in Danbury, CT.
