Wesley Rivera, 23 of Carmel, N.Y., turned himself into Bethel Police Headquarters just after 8 a.m. Friday, based on a outstanding failure to appear warrant stemming from a domestic incident arrest that occurred in 2010.
After being arrested, Rivera was released after posting $500 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in State Superior Court in Danbury on April 26.
