Margaret Florence Mohrwinkel, 74, of Bethel, Passed Away on Monday

Margaret Florence (Pressmar) Mohrwinkel, age 74, of Bethel, CT died Monday, December 28, 2015 at Danbury Hospital. She was the wife of William J. Mohrwinkel, Jr.

She was born in New Rochelle, NY, November 4, 1941, daughter of the late George and Margaret (Henderson) Pressmar. Margaret was a 1959 graduate of Mamaroneck High School in New York and then graduated from the Berkeley Secretarial School in New York. She worked as a Secretary at Union Carbide in Danbury prior to her retirement. Margaret loved to travel, was an avid bicycle rider and enjoyed trips to the casinos.

In addition to her husband of 54 years, she is survived by her son: William G. Mohrwinkel and his wife Carrie Klein of Palmer, AK; daughter: Lee Benjamin and her husband Patrick of Chester, CT; sister: Helen McGarvie of White Plains, NY; grandchildren: Halley Erickson and Michael Benjamin as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, Saturday afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00. Services and interment will be private.
