Robert Todd Phelps, Sr. - age 51 - beloved husband of Cynthia Shea Soderholm Phelps, passed away in his home in Bethel on November 17, 2015. In addition to his devoted wife of 26 years, Todd’s memory will live on through his two sons, Robert Todd, Jr. and Christopher John; his parents, Alvin and Shirley Phelps; his four siblings, Mindy, Ryan, Dean, and Craig; as well as several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Born on a Navy base in Virginia Beach, VA, Todd spent the majority of his youth moving around the US with his family. After moving to Fairfield in his freshman year, he met the love of his life, Cindy, at Andrew Ward High School when he was just 15 years old. The high school sweethearts married in May of 1989.

He was a master of all trades who loved cars, watching his collection of movies, and above all spending time with his two boys and his wife.
