Newtown Woman Arrested for Drug Paraphernalia

Brooke DeGrosse, 27, of Castle Hill Road in Newtown, was arrested by the Bethel Police on the I-84 Exit 6 entrance ramp on Tuesday at 1:45 p.m.

DeGrosse was charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, stemming from a warrant from an incident that occurred in May of this year.

She was released on a written promise to appear at State Superior Court in Danburt on Oct. 28.
