The Edge Performance Training, an Athletic Development and Sports Medicine Facility located in Danbury, CT invites the local community to celebrate the launch of its new training programs at an open house on June 13th from 8-11am. These programs are geared toward the “non-scholastic” athlete within the general population. The EDGE Performance Training is located inside the Danbury Sports Dome at 25 Shelter Rock Lane Danbury, CT. The day will begin with complimentary training sessions followed by light refreshments, a raffle and Aaron Hairston, Mista’ Motivation speaking to the group about personal development.

“We are a solutions based company focused in four main areas: Athletic development, energy and performance, weight loss and youthful aging. We provide youth athletes and their families with the tools and environment necessary to maximize genetic potential. Through education, motivation and inspiration, we take athletes of various levels and ability beyond their goals and dreams,” says owner, Keith Deyo. The Edge Performance Training inspires youth athletes to not only excel physically in their sport but develop mentally as well.
