Meet the Pet of the Week: Carissa, a Lovable Tabby
Carissa is waiting for her forever home. She is available for adoption at DAWS, located on Grassy Plain Road in Bethel.
Carissa is a 2 year old gray and white female tabby. She was left in a cat colony along with two other cats (possibly her siblings). The person feeding the colony realized they were domesticated and took them in. Carissa is very shy at the moment. We are sure she will come out of her shell once she gets used to her new surroundings and people. Carissa already loves having her chin scratched! Once you start, she will stretch out for more and the purring begins! She absolutely LOVES soothing music! Please stop by and meet this lovely girl.
Carissa is available for adoption at the Danbury Animal Welfare Organization, located at 147 Grassy Plain Street in Bethel, CT. DAWS has Cat Open House hours Monday through Friday nights from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday from 2pm - 4pm. Even if you are unable to adopt Carissa, you can still help her find her forever home by sharing her on your own social media pages, and letting others know about this lovely lady! Thank you!
