Pet of the Week - Cosmo

Cosmo is a ten year old handsome boy with soft black fur. He was brought to the shelter because his owner was no longer able to care for him. Cosmo is very loving and is really blossoming in his foster home! Give him a little scratch on the chin and his motor will start running! This sweet boy has hyperthyroidism, which is an increased metabolism. This condition can be easily managed with daily medication. He's used to getting his meds and is ready to live a long and healthy life with his new family! He would also like to be the only kitty in the house and soak up all of the attention for himself.

Cosmo is available for adoption at the Danbury Animal Welfare Organization, located at 147 Grassy Plain Street in Bethel, CT. DAWS has Cat Open House hours Monday through Friday nights from 6pm to 8 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 2-4.
