Pet of the Week - Dickens

Dickens is looking for his forever home. He is available for adoption at DAWS.

Dickens is a five-year old Coonhound who came all the way from the great state of Kentucky to find his forever home! He is a really gentle boy. Dickens is looking for a family that can give him lots of love and are willing to be patient with him. If you have been searching for a furry, four-legged companion that you want to spoil than look no further! Dickens can be nervous in new places and around loud sounds, but he feels so much better if he has a fellow doggy friend with him. His ideal home will have a canine sibling waiting for him! He loves his favorite, special people deeply. Dickens will stay right by your side, leaning in from time-to-time to remind you he cares. Can you just picture all the fun you will have on your walks? As a bonus, he will want to snuggle with you at night! Please stop in and meet Dickens soon! Dickens is available for adoption at the Danbury Animal Welfare Organization, located at 147 Grassy Plain Street in Bethel, CT. Even if you are unable to adopt Dickens, you can still help him find his forever home by sharing him on your own social media pages, and letting others know about this wonderful dog! Thank you!
