Public Hearing on Bethel Public Housing Continues Tonight

The plan is to market the housing to residents 55 years and older.

BETHEL, CT -- The public hearing on the 10 Nashville Road affordable housing proposal, initiated at a June 26 meeting, will continue at the July 10 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

Codfish Hill Construction and DeMarco Holdings have applied to build a 12-unit housing complex. According to the June 26 meeting minutes, three of those units would be considered affordable, marketed to residents 55 years of age and older.

The plan is to market the housing to residents 55 years and older.

The public hearing is at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Meeting Room D of Town Hall.
