On Saturday afternoon, Jason Patrick Levan, 35 of Sidecut Road in Redding, turned himself in to the Bethel Police Headquarters on an outstanding warrant from leaving a motor vehicle accident that occurred this past May. Levan was also charged with operating under suspension and for an unsafe lane change. He was processed and released on promise to appear in State Superior Court in Danbury on Tuesday, May 12.  Officer Whaley was the arresting officer in this case.
