Saturday, Dec 12, St Thomas Episcopal Church in Bethel, CT, has multiple activities taking place. Pick the most appealing or participate in all three!

  • 9:30 - 12:00: 19th Annual Cookie Event. Pick your own cookies; pay by the pound
  • 10:00: Free chair-yoga class led by certified chair-yoga leader Amy O’Rourke. Poses are done sitting in a chair or standing with the chair used for support. A gentle way to relax, refresh and rejuvenate.
  • 11:30: Free Laughter Workout led by certified laughter yoga leader Amy O’Rourke. Playful breathing exercises, high-hilarity group activities and lots of belly-laughs for an energizing and fun aerobic workout

St Thomas is located at 95 Greenwood Avenue in Bethel, across from Caraluzzi’s / Bethel Foods.
