School Chemistry Experiment Closes Bethel High School
Tuesday after school activities are still scheduled, and classes are expected to resume on Wednesday.
BETHEL, CT — A chemistry experiment gone awry forced the early dismissal of the high school on Tuesday morning.
The experiment set off the sprinkler system, which in turn flooded a handful of rooms, the News-Times is reporting. Students evacuated immediately around 9:40 a.m. and were dismissed around 10:45 a.m.
