VIDEO: My Battle With a Monstrous Milkshake in Bethel

BETHEL, CT — The Cream and Sugar Cafe located in PT Barnum Square in Bethel has been creating quite the stir on the internet these days.

Pictures of the colossal "Freakshake" have begun to spread like wildfire on various social media channels, drawing people from across the area to the small Bethel storefront. The store has been forced to hire more staff to keep up with the demand, and lines have begun to form out the door.

My girlfriend and I decided to spend our Saturday night by seeing what all the fuss was about. We ordered the "Belly Buster;" topped with chocolate cake, a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie. I decided to document the culinary feat via Snapchat, which you can view below.
