Was it Something I said? - Avoiding Communication Misunderstandings
Please join us for a three part series on understanding your communication style and the styles of others to create positive relationships at home and at work. Hilda DeLucia from Inspired Learning will facilitate a DISC profile. The DISC Management profile provides nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioral issues across four primary dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. With a better understanding of their style, individuals are able to know how and when to adapt their behavior, improve communication, promote appreciation of differences and reduce conflict. Disc profile covered during the first session. This is a three part series. September 16th, 30th, and October 7th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the Bethel Chamber Office.
