1 Killed After Car Crashes Into Several Trees: Woodbridge Police
Police said the vehicle had left the road and struck several trees.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — The Woodbridge Police Department is currently investigating a motor vehicle accident involving a fatality that occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m Friday.
Police, fire, and emergency medical personnel responded to the area of RT 114 near the intersection of Old Racebrook Road where they found that a vehicle traveling northbound on RT 114 had left the road and struck several trees, police said.
The sole occupant of the vehicle, who was ejected during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene and subsequently transported to the Office of the Chief State’s Medical Examiner, police said.
