19-Year-Old From Orange Charged After Threatening Student: PD
Woodbridge police said Christopher Barretta was "involved in a disturbance and threatened a student" while on the grounds of a local school.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — Police charged a 19-year-old from Orange with second-degree threatening on school grounds after a "dispute" in the parking lot of a local school last month, logs show.
Woodbridge Police investigated a Jan. 6 report of a disturbance at an unnamed school, according to the police logs. They found Barretta "threatened a student while on school grounds," the report reads.
Barretta was arrested, charged and appeared in court last month. Released on $5,000 bond, he's due back in New Haven Superior Court Feb. 25, judicial records show.

Court records also show Barretta was charged by Shelton police with first-degree felony burglary in February 2021. He's due in court on that case in March.
