19-Year-Old Seriously Injured In Motorcycle Crash: Woodbridge Police

The man from Seymour was riding his motorcycle just before 6 p.m. on Rimmon Rd and collided with a car traveling on Johnson Rd, police said.

WOODBRIDGE, CT —A 19-year-old man from Seymour was seriously injured Wednesday evening, when his motorcycle collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Rimmon Road and Johnson Road in Woodbridge, police said. The motorcyclist is being treated at Yale-New Haven Hospital

Woodbridge Police said that its initial investigation shows the motorcyclist was traveling west on Rimmon Road at 5:50 p.m. when he collided with a vehicle that was traveling northbound on Johnson Road.

Police accident reconstructionists continue to investigate, and anyone with information, or who may have witnessed the crash, are asked to contact the Woodbridge Police Department at (203) 387-2511.

The motorcyclist remains hospitalized at Yale-New Haven Hospital with serious injuries.
