Multi-Alarm Fire Reported at JCC of Greater New Haven in Woodbridge: Reports
The fire broke out on Monday afternoon at the Jewish Community Center, which is located on Amity Road.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — A multi-alarm fire was reported Monday afternoon at the Jewish Community Center of Greater New Haven on Amity Road in Woodbridge, reports NBC Connecticut News.
No injuries were reported in the 4:30 p.m. fire, and the facility has been evacuated, according to WTNH-TV.

The fire reportedly was discovered in a locker room basement. Firefighters from Woodbridge and Bethany responded to the scene, and Amity Road was temporarily closed between Center and Bradley roads.

JCC officials said the facility will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 6.
