An investment firm located in Woodbridge, CT is looking for a PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. The successful candidate for this position will be an organized, self-directed professional with strong computer and interpersonal skills.
DUTIES: Maintain online marketing presence; Build monthly performance spreadsheet using MS Excel; Data entry and report generation; Manage PR and media campaigns; Prepare presentations using MS Powerpoint; Answer and screen incoming calls; and Assist with printing/copying/scanning, filing/archiving, and other office support tasks.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:A polished professional demeanor; A positive and outgoing attitude; Excellent computer skills a MUST (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); Self motivated, with the initiative to anticipate issues; Flexibility in work responsibilities- must be able to change priorities quickly; Excellent proofreading skills; Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work product; Strong organizational skills; and Experience with social networking websites such as Linked In, Facebook, blogs, etc.
A college degree and administrative support experience in a financial services environment preferred.
