Amity Regional in Top 5 of High School Girls Volleyball Poll

The Spartans have opened the season with nine straight victories.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — A pair of hard-fought victories last week enabled Amity Regional High School to claim the number four ranking in the latest Connecticut coaches girls volleyball poll, compiled by GameTimeCT.com.

The Spartans upped their record to 9-0 after posting a 3-2 win over Cheshire Tuesday. Last week, Amity copped victories by the same score over Shelton and Mercy.
