Arrest for Local Burglaries, and a Motor Vehicle Stop Nets Fugitive From Justice

March 1, at 10:00 a.m., Daisy Ross, 30, of Olsen Dr., Ansonia, turned herself in at on a warrant. Ross was charged with Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating Without a License, Operating Without Insurance and Failure to Respond to an Infraction. She was given a court date of March 13.
March 3 at 12:00 p.m. police stopped Stacy Antley, 41, of Pineville, LA, for a motor vehicle violation. A check revealed Antley had a warrant for his arrest from Hillsborough, TX, for burglary, which was extraditable. Antley was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle Violations and Possession of Marijuana. His Connecticut court date is March 23. He was also charged as a Fugitive From Justice and brought to court in New Haven on March 5.
Following an investigation done in conjunction with Branford, Hamden and Derby, , 36, last known address of 225 Glen Haven Road, New Haven, was arrested on three warrants from earlier events:

- Jan. 9, Kosko allegedly burglarized a home at 20 Dillon Road.
- Jan. 20, Kosko allegedly attempted a burglary at 20 Appletree Lane.
- Jan. 20, Kosko also allegedly burglarized a home at 1888 Litchfield Turnpike.
Kosko was charged with two counts of Burglary 3rd, Larceny 2nd and Criminal Attempted Burglary 2nd. He could not meet a court-set bond of $100,000 and was booked on March 2.
