Arrests for Harassment, Larceny and DUI

Apr. 19, a 17-year old male from Bethany turned himself in to Woodbridge police on a warrant stemming from an incident that occurred on Mar. 30. He was arrested and charged with first-degree harassment and threatening. He posted a $50 cash bond and was given a court date of May 2.

Armando Garcia-Block, 53, of Rainbow Trail, Orange, was arrested on a warrant and charged with larceny. He posted $2,500 bond and was released. 

Rakip Epemi of Waterbury was arrested on a warrant for failure to respond to an infraction. Epemi posted $1,645 bond and was given a court date of Apr.22.

Apr. 15 at 11:45 p.m., police pulled over Thomas Sawyer Door of Crescent St., Winsted, at 11:45 p.m. during a routine radar patrol. Door was driving 57 mph in a 45 mph zone. He admitted he was on his way home from a bachelor party. He was charged with driving under the influence, posted a $100 cash bond and was given a court date of Apr. 26.
