Woodbridge - This is an invitation to everyone in the parish to join or re-join the Adult or Children's Choirs at Our Lady of the Assumption.
Director of Music Dr. Keith Smolinski announced the following information in the Feb. 20 church bulleting.
The Adult Choir sings weekly at the 9:30am Sunday Mass, and has rehearsals weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 - 8:30pm. They add so much to the Mass and to our parish. Everyone is welcome to join, so please talk to Dr. Keith Smolinski with any questions, or email him at smolinski.keith@snet.net

Children in high school are welcome to be part of the adult choir. Rehearsals began again last Wednesday.
The Children's Choir meets for practice once each week on Tuesdays from 4:50pm to 5:15pm at the Center Road Church, and sings at various parish events. These include some Masses (Palm Sunday,) the Social Action Breakfast in May, Pentecost, and probably at least one or two other Masses.

All ages are welcome to join. Rehearsals restarted on Tuesday, Feb. 15. If a child has religious classes on Tuesday, they can stay after class and walk over to the church for choir practice. Please email Margaret Hamilton at mannham50@gmail with any questions.
It would be great to have some additions to the Adult and Children's Choir this season. Please consider this opportunity for yourself and/or your children.
You are invited to come anytime and just "try it out" - on a Wednesday evening for Adult Choir or a Tuesday evening for Children's Choir.
