Bethany Lions 63rd Memorial Day Parade

It's parade day! It's a great day for a parade and make sure to grab your chairs and come see our hometown parade that kicks off at 10 am from the Bethany Airport! We march down Rt. 63 Southbound, take a left at Peck Rd., and end at the Bethany Town hall. Please note that the Amity Rd and Peck Rd will be closed around parade starting time.

We are honored to have Retired BVFD Fire Chief George H. Quinn has our Grand Marshal and Pvt. 1st Class USMC George A. Mudry, V as our Keynote Speaker.

Special Note to Parade Participants: The lineup for the parade begins at 9 am at the Bethany Airport. Enter from Amity Rd (Rt. 63) and you'll be directed on re: the traffic flow to leave. There will be Lions in yellow T-shirts that will direct your group at an assembly location. PLEASE drive slow when entering the airport property - we have many people walking about.

Immediately following the parade will be our Memorial Day Ceremony and laying of the wreath at Town Hall. Following this ceremony, we will convoy over to Veteran's Memorial Park where we will have the laying of the wreath at this site - all are welcome to attend.
