Bethany Man Punches 2 People In Road Rage Incident: Milford PD

MILFORD, CT — A road rage incident that occurred in Milford has led to the arrest of a Bethany man on multiple charges, police say. On the 4th of July at 11:03 p.m., officers received a complaint of a road rage assault in the area of Lansdale Avenue and Milford Point Road.

Investigation led to the arrest of Anthony Moldonado-Cruz, 21, of Cedar Road in Bethany, who was was located still in his vehicle leaving the scene of the incident, police said. He is accused of striking two people of another vehicle in the face after blocking their vehicle with his own so they could not travel away, police said.

He is charged with two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

He was released on a $1,000 bond and given a court date of July 31.
