The Norwalk-based consultancy provides HR, Payroll, Training & Development, and Talent Acquisition related services to over 1,300 clients throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Amanda Kaletsky joined OperationsInc in November 2014 as a Marketing Communications Specialist, and was promoted to the role of Manager, Marketing Services in January 2017. Kaletsky brings 9 years of marketing and client support experience to the team, and also oversees the AllCountyJobs.com network of job boards. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Kaletsky worked in the non-profit industry.

Kaletsky earned a B.A. in Music Management from the University of Delaware and a M.B.A. in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
