Bethany Resident Named SVP at First Niagara

First Niagara Financial Group (Nasdaq: FNFG) has announced the promotion of Robert Dellatorre to Senior Vice President, Middle Market Banking for the New England Region. With more than 25 years of experience in serving the financial needs of corporate clients, Mr. Dellatore manages the bank’s relationships with middle market companies located throughout New England. He reports to Art Rhatigan, Senior Vice President and Middle Market Team Leader for First Niagara’s New England region.

“Bob’s exceptional customer service and strong business acumen make him a highly effective relationship manager and top business producer, and he has been central to the success of our middle market team in the New England region,” said Rhatigan.

Mr. Dellatorre joined First Niagara in 2011 as Vice President/Relationship Manager, charged with developing new business relationships and expanding the bank’s corporate banking portfolio. Prior to joining First Niagara, he had a successful 20-year career with JPM Chase Middle Market Banking.

Mr. Dellatore earned his B.S. in Economics from Southern Connecticut State University and received additional training in accounting from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the Elm City Executive Forum, as well as the New Haven Manufacturing Association. He and his family live in Bethany, CT.
