Bethany Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

WEST HAVEN, CT — A Bethany resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in West Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident won $10,000 on a 10X CASH 18TH EDITION scratch ticket that was sold at Stop & Shop at 460 Elm St. in West Haven, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
