Woodbridge police had arrested Llerena on a charge of second-degree larceny on Sept. 12. She failed to appear in court on Dec. 1, according to the website.
Generally, Connecticut courts issue a letter after someone fails to appear in court, then an arrest order after a later failure to appear.
