DAYTIME CLASSES:  TUESDAY & THURSDAY

9:15 – 10:15 a.m.

Location:  Bethany Town Hall

This session will combine a combination of cardio, strength, endurance conditioning, and stretching.  Weights are optional; however, they are encouraged.   The recommendation is a pair of 2-pound and 5-pound weights  Please bring a mat & water.   Wear comfortable, supportive sneakers.
