Family Movie Night under the Stars at First Church
Come join us as we enjoy a family friendly (but thoroughly hilarious!) film on a big screen under the stars outside on the church side lawn.
“Despicable Me” starring Steve Carell. Surrounded by an army of minions, we find Gru, planning the biggest heist in the history of the world. Gru delights in all things wicked; vanquishing all who stand in his way. Until he encounters the immense will of three orphaned girls who look at him and see something that no one else has ever seen: a potential Dad. The world's greatest villain has just met his greatest challenge: three little girls named Margo, Edith and Agnes.

Time: Dinner starts at 6pm, Movie starts at 7pm
Cost: $6 per person, $20 max per family – for hotdog, soda, chips and dessert. The movie is free and the family fun is priceless!
Where: Side lawn at First Church of Christ, 511 Amity Rd. Bethany
Bring blankets and/or chairs to get comfortable for the evening.
There will also be a family camp-out after the movie. For those camping out, please be prepared with your tents, sleeping bags, etc. It will be a fun way to spend the evening and kick off Rally Day on Sunday, Sept. 18. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
