Valentine's Day crafts with Neighbor to Neighbor!

Join your neighbors at the Bethany Winter Farmer's Market in Town Hall for recycled Valentine's Day crafts! This month we will be making love bugs out of recycled egg cartons and old incandescent lightbulbs, as well as making valentines.
