Volunteer Recruitment & Training Event

Hidden Acres Therapeutic Riding Center, Naugatuck, will be hosting an open volunteer recruitment event.  Hidden Acres is a non profit organization providing the benefits of therapeutic horseback riding to children with special needs. The program is currently seeking volunteers over the age of 14 years to assist as horse leaders and sidewalkers. Experience is not required, training is provided.  Part I of training will be from 6-7:30pm at the Whittemore Library following the open recruitment event.
