All efforts are made to accomodate varied fitness levels. Beginners are most welcome. Classes focus on balance, strength, flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction, using postures and breathing techniques from the ancient science of hatha yoga.

Participants should wear clothing that is comfortable and loose around the waist. Bring your own mat and small pillow or towel for sitting, or for extra support under your neck.
