Exit 59 Study Latest Update

The study team is pleased to let you know that Technical Memorandum #2 (TM #2), Alternatives Development and Refinement, has been posted to the study website – www.exit59study.com.  TM #2 presents an overview of the development of transportation improvement concepts and the screening of these concepts.  It summarizes the process that involved developing a wide range of improvement concepts to address the study goals and objectives, coordinating with stakeholders for feedback on the concepts, refining the concepts to reflect stakeholder comments, and formulating recommendations for alternatives to progress and to further assess.
