The incident occurred Monday afternoon on Amity Road.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — A female suspect robbed a People's United Bank in Woodbridge Monday afternoon, and local police believe she may be responsible for a similar holdup in West Haven last month, according to officials.
Monday's robbery occurred at about 3 p.m. in the branch at 198 Amity Road. "People's United Bank employees reported that a female entered the bank wearing a coat, hat, and white scarf covering her entire face," officials wrote in a Facebook post.
"Said female passed a note demanding cash. Upon receiving a small amount of cash, the suspect fled the area on foot."
