Health, Happiness and Transformation - How to live a more fulfilling life

Health, Happiness and Transformation – How to live a more fulfilling life

Bethany, CT - The Graduate Institute presents an informative and personally enriching workshop by Enrico Cheli, PhD and Cristina Antoniazzi, MA on Friday, November 13 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at our main campus located at 171 Amity Road in Bethany, Connecticut.

Join Leading Experts, Dr. Enrico Cheli and Cristina Antoniazzi from the University of Siena in Tuscany, Italy. This exciting workshop will examine the interrelationship between health and happiness and explore how to effectively manage our emotional states, so that we can activate positive instead of negative ones. We will discover that most of our unpleasant emotions are not caused by external events, persons and situations but by the ways in which we interpret and manage those events and relationships. This is really good news, since it is often impossible to change external events, persons and situations. We have the ability to change our ways of dealing with them by deleting or transforming our wrong or limiting beliefs, attitudes and mindsets. We will also find that much unhappiness is caused by our unawareness of our true needs. This leads us to pursue false goals that, once reached, do not really satisfy us but make us feel disappointed and disoriented. This workshop is open to all who are interested in the topic, both for professional reasons or personal development.

We will also provide a brief introduction to the intriguing new programs of study at The Graduate Institute beginning November, 2015 and running through February, 2016.
