Jan. 2 Farewell to Father Ford Reception Cancelled

Woodbridge - Father Christopher Ford will be leaving our parish to assume his new role as Chancellor for the Archdiocese of Hartford beginning January 6, 2022. We are eternally grateful for his shepherding through these unusual pandemic years and for all that he has done for Our Lady of the Assumption parish during his time as our pastor.

Due to the high risk of the ensuing Omicron variant outbreak of the COVID virus we are disappointed to announce that the farewell reception for Father Ford on January 2, 2022 is being cancelled.

To all bakers: Thank you for your volunteer intention and we look forward to enjoying your baking at a future event.

Please also note that the welcome reception for Father Lavorgna, originally scheduled for January 9, is indefinitely postponed pending the trajectory of the Omicron outbreak and other COVID factors.
