Man Charged With DUI After Accident: Woodbridge Police

He was released after posting a $1,000 bond, police said.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — An East Haven man is accused of driving while under the influence at the time of an accident in Woodbridge, police said. On December 16, 2018 members of the Woodbridge Police Department responded to Litchfield Turnpike near Bradley Road for a motor vehicle accident, police said.

During the course of the officers’ investigation it was determined that Damon Perry, 41, of Edgemore Road in East Haven, was driving his vehicle under the influence, police said. Perry was arrested and charged with DUI. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond and issued a court date of December 27, 2018 in New Haven Superior Court for his arraignment.
