Man Harasses Town Employee: Woodbridge Police

The accused was arrested on a warrant earlier this month.

WOODBRIDGE, CT — A Bethany man is accused of harassing a Woodbridge town employee, police said. On Jan. 4, members of the Woodbridge Police Department served an active criminal arrest warrant for William Schuchmann, 54, of Hinman Road, who turned himself in at Woodbridge Police Headquarters.

Schuchmann’s arrest stems from a December 2018 incident where he is accused of harassing a Town Of Woodbridge employee, police said. Schuchmann was processed and charged with second-degree harassment. After posting his $1,000 bond he was released with a court date of Jan. 9 in New Haven Superior Court for his arraignment.
