WOODBRIDGE, CT — Police arrested a man who was reportedly threatening residents at a home he was visiting, according to police.
Officers responded July 1 to a residence and learned that Gerald Porter, 54, of Meriden had made threatening statements, police said.
He was charged with harassment and threatening in the second degree.
