Mason, Inc.’s Annual Holiday Card Helps Provide More than 3,000 Meals to Connecticut Food Bank
Company created unique time-lapse video

Mason, Inc., an integrated marketing firm based in Bethany, Conn., embraced the true meaning of the season by supporting a local charity with its annual holiday card. The project, which can be viewed at together.mason23.com, features a time-lapse video of the Mason team working together to meticulously craft a massive holiday mural out of 3,000 sticky notes. Each sticky note represents a contribution to the Connecticut Food Bank.
“This year’s card demonstrates how individual contributions add up to make something greater,” said Neil Johnson, digital creative director, Mason, Inc. “The idea is very simple, but the end result is impressive when you watch the video. It captures the collaborative spirit and is a perfect metaphor for coming together for a greater cause.”
Mason’s donation will provide more than 3,000 meals to people in need on behalf of Mason’s clients, partners and friends.

“The annual holiday card is always an opportunity to demonstrate our creativity, but more importantly, give something back to the local community,” said Charles T. Mason, chief executive officer, Mason, Inc. “This mural showcases the importance of a collaborative approach, while simultaneously cultivating real-world impact for families in need.”
More than 300,000 people in Connecticut, including nearly 100,000 children, struggle with hunger. The Connecticut Food Bank provides food to hungry adults and children by partnering with food retailers, growers, donors and volunteers to source food and distribute it through a network of community-based programs, including food pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters and other programs.
