Massaro Community Farm Annual Dinner & Auction
A few seats remain and our online auction will remain open
There are just a few seats left for Massaro Community Farm's annual Dinner on the Farm, Sunday, September 3, 2017. We hope you can join us for this limited-seating farm feast exquisitely prepared by Chef Denise Appel. The evening's events will also include a tour of this historic property with farm manager Steve Munno, open bar and a fabulous silent auction. If you can't attend the dinner, please consider supporting the farm by perusing our online auction at www.BiddingForGood.com. Online auction will remain open until October 1, 2017.
Proceeds from this event directly benefit the farm's food donation and education programs. The farm donated 9,600 pounds in 2016 to those in need, and more than 45,000 pounds of food to date. The farm also provides hands-on education to ~1,500 youth each year, regardless of ability to pay, and engages over 400 adults in workshops that include beekeeping, organic pest management, and food preservation.
At this event, guests will be treated to
- Caseus charcuterie, Copp's Island Clams & Oysters, and Oui Charcuterie Salami;
- a five course meal (see the full menu HERE) served family-style (includes vegan/vegetarian options)
- open bar with New England Brewery brews, a selection of wines, and signature cocktail made with V-One spelt vodka and RIPE cold-pressed juices;
- a selection of desserts from Koffee and Seasonal Catering
- live music by Glenn Roth
- silent and online auction
