Marie Corbin Couden, 79, of Orange passed away December 18, 2018 in the St. Raphael Campus surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late Jerry L. Couden. Beloved mother of Gerald (Kimberly) Couden of Milford, Patrick (Shannon) Couden of West Haven and Libby (Ronald) Hunt of Orange. Marie was born in New Haven on March 31, 1939 a daughter of the late Libby and Eleanor Petrillo Corbin. Sister of the late Nicholas Corbin.

Also survived by 10 grandchildren and a great granddaughter. Prior to her retirement in 1999 Marie was a secretary at Amity High School in Woodbridge for 27 years. Her funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 830 Jones Hill Rd., West Haven Saturday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Infant Church at 10:00. Interment will follow in Orange Center Cemetery. Friends may call FRIDAY from 5:00-8:00 PM.
