Obituary: Thomas D. Fusco, 50, of Bethany
He had a wide range of interests including every aspect of film making, kayaking, the outdoors, and his faithful four legged companions.

Bethany-Thomas D. Fusco, age 50, beloved husband of Stephanie (Sidella) Fusco, passed away at Yale New Haven Hospital on Tuesday May 1, 2018.
Tom was born in Waterbury, CT on June 14, 1967, son of Mary I. (Moffat) Fusco of Naugatuck and the late John Fusco, Jr. Tom grew up in Prospect, spent many years in Florida living near his parents, and most recently resided in Bethany. He spent his last years living next to a beautiful patch of woods and a winding brook, where he enjoyed hosting bonfires for his many close friends.

Tom was a free spirit who always lived life on his own terms. He was charming, loyal, true to the core, and enjoyed life. He had a wide range of interests including every aspect of film making, kayaking, the outdoors, and his faithful four legged companions. His best times were spent with his family and large host of loving friends he considered extended family.
Besides his loving wife Steph and his mother Mary, he leaves his sister Kathleen LeBlanc and her husband Robert of Bethany; his brother John Fusco III and his wife Richela of Vermont; mother in law Lydia LeBlanc, sister in law Alison Tirado and husband George of Cheshire; his nephews Corey, Giovanni, D.J., and Anthony and his niece Gabby; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tom was predeceased by his best friend and brother Robert Fusco.

Visitation will be held on Sunday May 6, 2018 from 1-3 p.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald-Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck .
