Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Phoning "Senior Parishioners"

Thank you to all of the volunteers making phone calls to check in on the senior members of the parish.

Woodbridge, CT - Thank you to all who have generously volunteered their time to made phone calls to the “senior parishioners” at Our Lady of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church.

The thank you message appears in the May 17 church bulletin. The volunteers include members of the Ladies Guild, the choir, and several other parishioners. Some of the choir volunteers report that the calls have been greatly appreciated.

Through the efforts of the "callers," the parish was able to update emails and provide bulletins to many of their parishioners either through email or the regular postal service. More importantly, the personal contact and conversation during this difficult time was greatly appreciated by those who are staying safe at home.

If a senior member of the parish did not get a call it means they no longer had accurate contact information. Please call the rectory to update your information.

Printed bulletins are available every week in the Center Road church. They are also happy to mail or email bulletins to you at home. Please call the parish office if you are interested in receiving the bulletin.
