Police Blotter: Warrants for Possession, Failure to Appear and Larceny.

Raul Jose Rodriguez, 38, of Loumsbury St., Waterbury, was pulled over for a traffic stop at Rt. 69 and Rt. 63 on Dec. 20 at 12:42 p.m. A police officer had noticed a cracked windshield and defective brake light. When Rodriguez’ name was run, it was found he had a warrant for his arrest. He was charged with Interfering with a Police Officer and Failure to Appear. He made his $5,000 bond and was given a court date of Dec. 21.
Michael Fallowski, 24, of Prindle Ave., Derby, was arrested on a warrant stemming from an accident that happened on Nov. 11, 2011 at Ansonia and Baldwin Roads. He was charged with Operating Under the Influence and Failure to Drive in the Proper Lane. Fallowski posted a $500 bond and was given a court date of Dec. 27.
James Adams, 39, of Arch St., Norwalk, was arrested on a warrant and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana, less than four ounces) and Failure to Appear. He posted a $1,000 bond and was given a court date of Jan. 4, 2012.

Kenny Badmus, 47, of 48 Northrup Rd., Woodbridge, turned himself in at Woodbridge Police Department on Dec. 17 on a warrant for Failure to Appear. He was given a court date of Dec. 28.
Abraham Ruiz, 28, of Niagara St., Waterbury, was pulled over for a traffic stop on Dec. 12 at Rt. 69 and Clark St. He was issued a summons for Improper Use of License Plates, Operating Without Insurance, Driving an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Operating Without a License. His car was towed and he was released on a Promise to Appear with an answer date of Dec. 21.

Christopher Gutierrez, 20, of Tito Ct., Norwalk, was pulled over for speeding. A check revealed he was wanted in Norwalk for Larceny 3rd. Gutierrez was brought to the Woodbridge station where he was given a ticket for speeding, then turned over to the Norwalk police department to face their charges.
