Public Hearing Scheduled to Consider Proposals for Country Club of Woodbridge Site

Woodbridge, CT - Town officials will hold a public hearing on July 27 to consider proposals by developers for new uses at the town-owned Country Club of Woodbridge site.

Woodbridge received three proposals for the property, but will discuss two at the public hearing, one from Redan Reserve and one from Toll Brothers.

Redan is seeking to build a golf course at the site, while Toll Brothers would like to build a senior housing complex.
